All orders placed before 11.00 am (AEST) will be processed that day and any orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1 – 2 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions and over the Christmas period.

Please note: Priority will always be given to express orders. 

Standard shipping within Australia: $10 ~ 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. 

Express shipping: within Australia: $15 ~ 1 to 2 business days depending on your location. If you are in a remote area in may be slightly longer than this. Priority is given to express orders. 

Local pickup: From our warehouse in Brookvale, Sydney is available. Orders are usually ready in 1 hour and pick up is between 10 am and 2 pm Monday to Friday.

PLEASE NOTE: Standard shipping defaults to 'Authority To Leave'. If you have any concerns about parcels being left please choose express shipping. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email, including a tracking link to keep an eye on your order. Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our courier/postal services and although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occur from time to time which SAINT SOMEBODY cannot be held responsible for. 

 

New Zealand shipping

Standard shipping approx. 5-7 days - AUD$20*

International shipping

DHL Express International: Price will show on the checkout page in local currency but is approximately AUD$60. A fast, trackable service will take 3-5 business days to or near capital cities and longer for more remote areas.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS Please note that all applicable taxes, customs fees, and duties are the responsibility of the customer and differ between countries. If you are unsure if you will be affected by any additional charges please contact your local customs office. Please also note that if you refuse delivery and the item is returned to us, we will deduct any fees or shipping charges applicable from your refund.
