RETURNS POLICY
We're pretty sure you'll love your items from SAINT SOMEBODY, however, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
SAINT SOMEBODY will provide a full refund or credit note for all full price items only that adhere to the following conditions (because you know, rules... and hygiene!):
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- All original tags must remain attached
- Item(s) must be unworn and returned in original condition including hygiene sticker attached
- Return must include the original invoice with a Return Reference Number obtained from our care team
We do not give refunds on sale items.
- Sale items (excluding final sale) can be returned for a change of size or style or a credit note can be issued however no refunds will be available on sale purchases. Please note a maximum of one exchange per order, shipping cost will be charged thereafter
- Items marked final sale cannot be returned for refund or exchange for change of mind
We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment, so please get in touch with us at hello@saintsomebody.com.au if you have any questions regarding sizing.
Any items returned outside the 14 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up and deodorant marks, will not be accepted for return. Please take care when trying on swimwear and wear undergarments at all times. If returned, the hygiene sticker must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered. SAINT SOMEBODY reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions and will return the item to sender.
HOW TO RETURN FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE:
1. Click here: RETURNS CENTRE to lodge your return request
2. Your request will be either approved or rejected according to our returns policy
3. You will receive all the necessary information on how to return your order including a reference number
4. Once your return has been received you will receive a notification
5. Your return will be inspected and if approved you will receive a refund notification. If your return is for an exchange or store credit you will be sent a further notification of tracking and/or relevant details
We advise sending via a trackable service as SAINT SOMEBODY cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail while being returned to us for a refund/exchange.
